Alig várjuk újabb versenyünket! Jót marháskodtunk tavasszal, mit szóltok egy téli malackodáshoz?

Újabb SCA dupla steak és tripla kiegészítő (Ancillary) versenyt szervezünk nektek! A ribeye steak állandó szereplője a versenynek, a kiegészítő kategóriák ez alkalommal:

A gyerekek már alig várják a következő megmérettetést, reméljük hogy a Baby BanBQ csapat még több taggal bővül! 13 éves kor alatt várjuk a fiúkat, lányokat a Kids' Que kategóriában. Az ő kihívásuk ez alkalommal:

Ha szeretnél részt venni a versenyen, akkor kérünk, hogy a banbq2022@gmail.com címre küldd el az alábbiakat. Versenyző neve, gyerekeknél kora és kérünk jelöld meg mely kategóriákban szeretnél versenyezni. (Kiegészítő kategóriánál a pontos megnevezéssel együtt)

Regisztráció 2025. október 20-ig lehetséges. Steak kategóriában az első 20 fő jelentkezését tudjuk elfogadni.

A verseny helyszíne, érkezés

Cím: 6066 Tiszaalpár, Deák Ferenc utca 80.

A Holt-Tisza partján található Tisza-Holtág Rendezvényháznál leszünk novemberben. Vendéglátónk beltéri büfével készül. Novemberben jól fog esni a meleg helység, hogy elfogyaszd kávédat, forralt borodat. Térkövön leszünk, így eső esetén sem kell sárban taposni. Vigyázzunk a térkőre, kérünk szépen hozz a sütőd alá valamilyen takarót (linóleum, lemez). Kérünk, hogy gondoskodj poroltó készülékről, a sütő mellett legyen látható módon, nem a kocsiban tartjuk 100 méterre a sátortól. Pénteken is felállíthatod sátradat, de másnap reggel 7-től is van erre lehetőség. Szombat reggel a versenyzőket vendégül látjuk egy közös reggelire, 8 órától.

Fontos infó az alkotásokról
Alapszabály: minden beadott fehérjének hőkezeltnek kell lennie! Bármilyen díszítés a dobozban csak ehető lehet! Nyers spagetti továbbra sem lehetséges.

Szendvics: komoly kategória, hiszen a világbajnokságon felnőttek mérték össze tudásukat szendvics kategóriában! A gyerekek még ügyesebbek lesznek! Csak a fantáziád szabhat határt! Bármilyen szendvicsben gondolkozhatsz, lehet emeletes, hideg-meleg, menzás, húsos, zöldséges, vagy retro. Figyelj, hogy 1 egész és 4 negyed kerüljön a dobozba! (Category Specific szabály szerint)

Steak: a versenydobozba az ezüst korongon kívül csak a húst helyezd. Nagyon vigyázz, hogy se zsineg, se hústű, vagy fogpiszkáló darabka ne legyen a hús körül, mert az automatikus diszkvalifikációval jár.
 

Leves: mindenki egyik kedvenc kategóriája. Főleg novemberben jól esik egy hideg málnaleves fagyival! ja, nem! :D vagy mégis? Döntsetek ti, mi biztosítjuk az edényeket és az alutálcát a 6 adag leves beadásához. Ehető díszítés mehet nyugodtan. Kérünk, hogy beadáskor papírtörlővel lefedve védd az ételt. Bármi sertéshússal és Basic White Rubbal: Szerintünk a külhoni versenyzőkön kívül nincs, aki ne találkozott volna ezzel a csodafűszerrel. Ha mégsem, akkor természetesen biztosítjuk számukra. Minden mehet, ami sertés! Lássuk túl tudja-e szárnyalni valaki a Basic White Rub megálmodóját ebben a kategóriában! ;) 6 adag ételt kell a dobozba helyezned, ehető díszítést használhatsz. (Anything with...szabály szerint)
 

Koktél: Az olasz versenyeken szinte kötelező kategória, osztrák barátaink bevillantották májusi versenyükön és máris nagy szerelem lett. Készíts alkoholos, vagy alkoholmentes koktélt, ehető díszítéssel. (sem keverőpálca, sem napernyő, vagy szívószál nem kerülhet beadásra) Ehhez biztosítunk részedre alutálcát 6 pohárral. Fontos, hogy annyira díszítsd a koktélodat, hogy a bírók kényelmesen kóstolhassák. Kérünk, hogy beadáskor papírtörlővel lefedve védd az italt.

Látogatóknak
Bepillantást nyerhetsz az SCA steakversenyek világába, vagy már tudod kinek szurkolsz, mert voltál már korábbi versenyeinken? Kérjük, hogy ne feledd, verseny zajlik, így látogatóként akkor szólítsd meg a versenyzőket, amikor nem a beadandó ételt készítik éppen.

Hozunk nektek szuper kiállítókat, BBQ ételeket, szakmai előadásokat, vidám zenét és finom kóstoló falatokat is.

We organize SCA double steak and triple ancillary competition. Ribeye steak is a regular participant of the competition, and this time the side dish categories are:

The kids can't wait for the next competition, and we hope that the Baby BanBQ team will grow even bigger! Boys and girls under the age of 13 are welcome to join the Kids' Que category. Their challenge this time is:

Registration is open until October 20, 2025. We can accept the first 20 applicants in the steak category.

Competition location, arrival
Address: 6066 Tiszaalpár, Deák Ferenc utca 80.
We will be at the Tisza-Holtág Event House on the banks of the Holt-Tisza in November. Our caterer will provide an indoor buffet. In November, the warm room will be a welcome place to enjoy your coffee or mulled wine. We will be on paving stones, so even if it rains, you won't have to walk in the mud. Please take care of the paving stones and bring a cover (linoleum, sheet metal) to place under your oven. Please provide a fire extinguisher, which should be kept in a visible place next to the oven, not in the car 100 meters away from the tent. You can set up your tent on Friday, but you can also do so from 7 a.m. the next morning. On Saturday morning, we will host a communal breakfast for the competitors, starting at 8 a.m.

Important information about the creations
Basic rule: all proteins submitted must be heat-treated! Any decoration in the box must be edible! Raw spaghetti is still not allowed.

Sandwiches: a serious category, as adults competed in the sandwich category at the world championships! The children will be even more skilled! Only your imagination can limit you! Think of any kind of sandwich, whether it's a double-decker, hot or cold, cafeteria-style, with meat, vegetables, or retro. Make sure that there are 1 whole and 4 quarters in the box! (According to the Category Specific rule)

Steak: only place the meat in the competition box, not the silver disc. Be very careful that there are no strings, meat skewers, or toothpick pieces around the meat, as this will result in automatic disqualification.

Soup: everyone's favorite category. A cold raspberry soup with ice cream is especially welcome in November! Oh no! :D Or maybe yes? You decide, we will provide the bowls and aluminum trays for serving 6 servings of soup. Edible decorations are allowed. Please cover the food with paper towels when serving. (According to the Category Specific rule)

Anything with pork and Basic White Rub: We believe that no one outside of foreign competitors has not encountered this miracle rub. If not, we will of course provide it for them. Anything with pork is allowed! Let's see if anyone can surpass the creator of Basic White Rub in this category! ;) You must place 6 portions in the box and you can use edible decorations. (According to Anything with... rule)

Cocktail: This category is almost mandatory in Italian competitions, and our Austrian friends introduced it at their May competition and it immediately became a big hit. Make an alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktail with edible decorations. (No sticks, umbrellas, or straws are allowed.) We will provide you with an aluminum tray with 6 glasses. It is important to decorate your cocktail so that the judges can taste it comfortably. Please cover the drink with a paper towel when serving.

Please remember that this is a competition, so as a visitor, please only talk to the cooks when they are not preparing their turn in.
We will bring you great exhibitors, BBQ food, professional presentations, live music, and delicious tasting bites.
